This is one of Bavaria more successful models of large sailboats. The boat is generally well maintained with, among others upgrades, a new Teak Deck – 2006. Keel was dismounted and keel bolts replaced, and reinforcement updated 2023. Furthermore, the boat has good additional equipment such as, autopilot, bow thruster, holding tank with deck drainage, dinghy with outboard engine and others.

Boat History: 2 owners. Never charter. First owner bought boat in 1993. Sailed across the Atlantic to Caribbean, Cruised Caribbean for 4 years and returned to Europe.

Second (current owner) bought the boat in 1997 sailed The Netherland, UK Coast and along the Atlantic Coast to Algarve in Portugal. Home port has since then been Lagos and boat used for local sailing and live aboard when owner been in Lagos. Current owner is no longer using the boat as much as it deservs due to age and health issues and thereby time to let her go to new owners.

This Bavaria 44 is registered in ship registry in The Netherlands.

Broker can arrange video footage of the boat and any details as well as a video meeting from the boat if needed.

Transport sail to other EU destinations possible if required by new owner.
