Live Aboard and well maintained Cruising Motor Yacht in Portimao, Portugal.
Want to live aboard a boat? Maybe you’re looking for more affordable waterfront living, or an alternative lifestyle – either way – living on a boat has many rewards. That said, choosing the right boat will make all the difference to your happiness. As a rule of thumb generally we would recommend buying a yacht over 40 foot, with 50 foot being a sweet spot for liveaboards since they are still relatively easy to handle and operate.
Here she is – spacious yacht, perfect for live aboard and go anchoring here on the coast of Algarve or maybe long way cruising.
This is a true Family motor yacht with generous accommodations that provides complete aft cabin privacy. A splendid saloon with hi-lo table, well stocked galley and aft deck enclosure curtains offering complete seclusion when needed.
Entering the Yacht, coming on to the huge aft deck with fixed roof protecting from sun and rain. Here you have space for large table with potential seating for 6-8 guests, or having your lounge furniture’s or relax chairs. A perfect space to entertain, have your barbeque and also access the swim platform and dinghy.
When entering the inside of the yacht you come down beautiful, varnished stairs to the main saloon. Here you find a large sofa and huge table on the port side, enabling to watch your favorite TV or Movies from the roof mounted projector on the large video screen on starboard side. Here you can enjoy a 360 degree view out the amazing windows with UV/Sun protection film. Here you also have direct access to both fridge for drinks and Ice machine. In the forward part of the Saloon you have the navigation area with all instruments needed and a large extra seat facing forward, convenient for passengers while cruising and inside instead of on the flybridge.
Moving forward, down a few steps, you find the first guest cabin on the port side with two separate beds and plenty of storage. On the starboard side is bathroom with toilet and a large shower area.
In the forward part the very large and luxurious guest room with a huge double bed and large wardrobes – and with direct access to the mentioned bathroom.
Behind the saloon, down a few steps you enter the kitchen with both electric and gas burners for cooking as well as oven and various appliances, refrigerator etc.
Moving further aft – is the huge Master bedroom with a large double bed, small tables on each side as well as space on both sides as “office space” or what may be convenient. Furthermore there are lots of space in drawers, large wardrobes etc. From the bed you even have large windows so one can enjoy a sea view lying in the bed as well as enjoy the light flowing in during daytime. From the master bedroom there is direct / ensuite access to the master bathroom, with electric freshwater toilet, and shower – and even a small bathtub. All cabins have both heating and cooling.
All teak deck on forward part of yacht upgraded to comfortable cork, while kept the beautiful teak on the sides and on the aft deck.
The Trader 47 gives you perfect comfort for all. Trader 47 is manufactured by Tarquin-Taiwan delivered to first owner in England. and have only two owners, both kept her in the protected Marina de Portimao. Anilla Too is well maintained and lots of upgrades the last couple of years. Critical things like teak-deck, upholstery, Bimini, Solar Panels, Charging, electrics and Engines upgraded and/or nicely redone or serviced by current owner.
First owner had her delivered in UK, registered her in Portugal and sailed to southern Europe – The Mediterranean, spend time on the Balearics, and along the Algarve Coast ending up in Portimao as their home Port. Current owner bought her in summer 2022, registered in Sweden but kept her on the amazing berth in Marina de Portimao and did shorter trips along the Algarve Coast anchoring along this beautiful coast and nice anchorages. The current owner did a lot of maintenance and upgrades and did part-time live aboard. Private circumstances unfortunately now cause the owner to let her go to a new owner. Overall, this Trader Motor Yacht is an exceptional vessel that combines elegance, luxury, and performance. Ideal for cruising and entertaining guests, this yacht is a must-see for anyone seeking the ultimate yachting experience.
