Highlights of the boat are the powerful 88 Hp Yanmar engine, Bow thruster for easy marina handling, No Teak deck outside of cockpit, most you want in terms of instruments like Radar, AIS etc.
2 Heads/Bathrooms with showers, large Kitchen/Galley and a Generator for extra Power Supply when needed so you can stay out longer on anchor if you want.

This is one of Jeanneau’s more successful models of large family sailboats. With its fine lines, large spaces and well-built hull and interior, the boat is perfect for those looking for a great family cruiser for a good price.

Step on board via swim platform which leads to double helm station. The spacious cockpit allows for plenty of room to move around with the pop-up table situated in the middle. This same pop-up table is the perfect size for entertaining in the sheltered cockpit.
The interior creates a comfortable, contemporary interior with a nice well maintained wooden interior. Her 3-cabin layout features the owner’s berth with large ensuite bathroom with head and shower cabin forward, and twin double cabins aft with head and shower, providing plenty of room and privacy for family and guests.
Inside it has a very bright and roomy saloon. Plenty of hatches and windows that provide great airflow and light.
Along the port side you will find a kitchen counter with 2-burner stove, oven, Microwave oven, large refrigerator and a double sink.
The Saloon has a very large table, a U-shaped sofa on starboard side, two-seater couch/bench on the other side of table. You sit comfortably 8 persons around the table.

Boat History:
The boat is from 1998 and had one pre owner. Originally bought and sailed in Scotland, then sailed down to Portugal, she has always been in private use. She is currently owned by a British couple living in Portugal who bought her in November 2018 and sailed her in local coastal waters Shearwater is currently in the marina in Portimão.

Broker can arrange video footage of the boat and any details as well as a video meeting from the boat if needed.

Transport sail to other EU destinations is possible if required by new owner as a separate agreement.
